JW Web Services values your privacy. Your contact information will never be sold or shared with third parties and your email will never be used for external marketing purposes or newsletters. You will only receive the agreed upon estimate and any follow-up mail(s) for the requested service. JW Web Services may email you max 4 times a year with new services.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
When visitors make use of the contact form on the site we collect the data entered in the contact form and this data is emailed to the support department of JW Web Services. All contact form registries are removed after 30 days and support department entries are removed after 60 days of resolving your question, comment or issue.
Cookies
The website may utilize cookies for 3rd party modules. If you have an account with either jwwebservices.sx, it’s support website or it’s hosting website, cookies are used to allow the use of the “Remember me” function. These cookies have a expiry date of max 2 weeks. If you log in within that time, the expiry date will be extended for 2 weeks.
Google Analytics also makes use of cookies, however JW Web Services can not dictate how long these cookies may last.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

This website makes use of Google Analytics for analytical purposes only. JW Web Services, getyourownweb.site and getyourownweb.shop does not sell, market, redistribute or forward your data to any third parties except to Google Analytics. Your email, name and telephone number will never be sold or distributed for marketing purposes. Any company, agency or person claiming to have received your data from JW Web Services or affiliates can be reported to abuse@jwwebservices.sx.

How long we retain your data
As per GDPR regulations, while you are a customer of JW Web Services and affiliated websites, we may retain your data until termination of service or upon request. Upon termination of services your data including but not limited to: emails, website files, database(s), transactions and purchases, invoices and pro-formas may be stored for an acceptable retention period. JW Web Services has set this “acceptable” retention period to 30 days. Upon written request this can be extended.
What rights you have over your data
As per GDPR regulations, upon request you can have all relevant information removed from our websites. This includes names, emails, transactions and payment records. While we will not delete the actual payment or transaction, your name and contact information will be removed from said transaction(s).
Where we send your data
Your data is not disseminated or sent to any third parties, with the exception of Google Analytics. All payments will be handled by their respective handlers and can include: Paypal, Mollie or respective banks.
Data Breaches
In the event of a data breach or if personal, confidential information is accidentally leaked to 3rd parties, all customers and/or 3rd parties will be informed, and a report will be sent to a compliance officer in accordance with GDPR Article 33/34.
