But with the implementation of anti-spam and anti-virus protection on mail servers and the utilization of “Sender Protection Framework” (SPF), “DomainKeys Identified Mail” (DKIM) and “Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance” (DMARC) the global digital community has successfully brought that number down to 1 out of 2 emails globally.

Phishing protection
Each domain gets SPF, a unique DKIM key and DMARC protection to keep phishing attempts limited with that domain.

Additional accounts can be purchased for $1 per month per account. Installation of SPF, DKIM and DMARC are included if domains are registered with JW Web Services. If domain is hosted elsewhere, instructions will be given on how to add the records. Installation can be done for you for a one-time fee of $10. Access to your hosting account will be required. Invoicing available in quarterly, semi-annually and annually.
Want your own personal Mail Server?
If you prefer to keep your business email on your own private mail server, JW Web Services can prepare a VPS server with a mail server for your business use.
Installation includes:
- Postfix/Dovecot for mail handling
- Spamassassin, ClamAV, Postgrey for mail and spam protection
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC compliance and signing
- Choice of webmail (Squirrelmail, Horde Groupware)
- SSL Certificate for encryption (Free with Let’s Encrypt or choice of premium certificate)
You will be responsible for the costs of the VPS Server and any additional costs that may accompany server (domain name, SSL certificate, etc.)
